Note that the first time I tried this on a fresh devstudio 11.3 install, I had to refresh
Central a couple times before the content loaded.
Once it's shared among the Akamai mirrors, this should hopefully be instantaneous, not
requiring manual reloads of Central.
Change the url for jboss.central.webpage.url in ide-config

Please change the url for jboss.central.webpage.url in
[ide-config.properties|http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/configuration/...]
so that all requests go throught a load balancer.
