As i see, issue already created, so i'll post here.
jbdevstudio-eap-win32-2.0.0.GA-N200902051356-H1422
EXECUTE: Open JBoss Server view.
EXECUTE: Double click on it.
EXECUTE: Open Launch condiguration > Classpath
EXECUTE: Select User Entries > Add External Jars.
EXECUTE: Add any Jar. Press Apply button.
EXECUTE: Press Ok. Open again Launch configuration > ClassPath.
FAILURE: Changes(added jar) lost.
