i'm marking this as rejected since it work as intended and if we restarted on every
file change the server would be busy redeploying.
btw. if you really want this behavior you can set the regex pattern on the server under
"Application reload behavior" to say ".*" and it will trigger restart
everytime.

Using the jboss-javaee6-webapp sample application. Once I have published the
application, I need to delete the webapplication when I am making only changes to the
import.sql file. This should be "published" without me needing to do so many
keystrokes.
