My concern with this one is that we need to make sure that any changes made in the one on
the download server are also made to the one in SVN and vice versa - we want these to be
in sync with each other.

The org.jboss.tools.community.project.examples plug-in registers two different URLs with
the org.jboss.tools.project.examples.projectExamplesXml...
* http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/workspace/examples/project-exam...
* and http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/examples/project-examples-bpel-3.1.xml
We should not be pointing at SVN for project-examples-3.1.xml and should instead be
pointing to the one up at http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/examples
