This issue has been closed as there is not enough time to do this for release and there is
no more 4.x releases planed at this stage

Currently the BPEL docs contain a lot of chapters with 1 or 2 sentence description and
chapter title has too many numbers. This is not well structured. For example look at
chapter: "5.4.1.3.5. CompensateScope".
