Youtube app in my IPhone shows the action to switch layout but not the current layout. If
I'm watching a video in a full mode then the button has an image which says me
"If you click on me then you will switch the layout to small screen". IMO
it's much better to show the layout which will be used if you click on the button then
show the current layout and make user guess what action will be processed if he/she click
on the button.

Toolbar button should show the image and tool tip text for next possible layout (not
current layout)
Image and tool tip should inform user what he will get if he press this button.
