Didnt we already agree on introducing a script would be problematic since this is not
updatable, affects *all* linux users and its an issue in eclipse which means we would most
likely have to roll this issue back when that is fixed.
It also not affect majority of unix users afaik since its just if you use latest unity
stuff?
Thus just having script next to the installer will be the best thing we can do at this
point?

After installing jbdevstudio-product-linux-gtk-x86_64-4.1.0.v201107151650R-H633-CR3.jar,
it seems all menus but the "Window" one are missing.

I don't have the problem using a stock Helios JavaEE distro.
