This error doesn't occur on earlier versions of Eclipse or on the same level of Eclipse when running on either Windows or MacOS. To recreate this problem, you need to install Health Center from Eclipse marketplace https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/ibm-monitoring-and-diagnostic-too... and then (after restarting) perform the following steps 1) Switch to the Health Center Status perspective 2) From the Eclipse menu, select File - Load Data and load the attached 'trace' file
