correct me if i'm wrong...the "Find Seam..." action and the one that is used
via Ctrl+1 is *not* the same command as far eclipse knows.
Find Seam.. etc. is *not* launchable from Java editors, only pages.xml and xhtml right ?
why not create a command context or whatever eclipse calls is it and only have it enabled
when that context exists. Snjezana did that for the splitter shotcuts, maybe look at that
as an example.
