Nope, because the BPEL Editor is moving to Eclipse, it needs to be installed like any
other 3rd Party Extra. So there will be an extra step. This saves us from moving it to the
main list that automatically gets installed this release and then moving it again for JBDS
5 when we're single-sourcing at Eclipse.
