But may we have any problems having jars in lib folder and in list them in MANIFEST.MF in
the same time? It seems to work in my JBoss 4.2.. For example in that case I can use
components from war/WEB-INF/lib in EJB module and I get ClassNotFoundException if libs are
not in lib folder.

JBT uses MANIFEST.MF for setting up artifact classpath, whilst Seam recommends the use of
the EAR lib/ directory. By not following this recommendation, JBT users are running in to
a number of classloading problems.
