If you installed JBT M3 on some older version where RichFaces 3 was shown then you may see
both RichFaces 3 and 4. If you install JBT first time you will see RichFaces 4 only until
you change Palette settings.

There are 4 palettes in Tools for RichFaces:
* Ajax4Jsf
* Ajax4Jsf 3
* RichFaces
* RichFaces 3
Palettes Ajax4Jsf and RichFaces contain components from both RichFaces 3 and 4 but should
contain only components from RichFaces 4.
