It seem to only happen for the very first tag (i.e.if you do <blah><html>
</ then tml> is inserted automatically.

If we write manualy:

The tag </ should be closed automaticly by adding html>, so the result must be:
<html>
</html>
But it doesn't work and nothing happens.
