Description:
I ve commented all references to drools ide in runtimes sources to get build working.
After JBIDE-4164 is fixed all we need to do are:
* Uncomment drools related code in JBossRuntimeStartup class
* add drools back to dependencies of runtime plugin
* enable drools builder in build
