Can you please be more specific on "Not working".
Target-platforms don't create a site, they are just installed into Maven and their
contents are resolved later, while consuming them. So this multiple.target can directly be
used in your IDE.

Some Eclipse plugins doesn't have their sources.
I noticed that WST and PDE plugins miss the source. Probably other plugins miss their
sources too.
