The issue requires to have Tern.java v.0.4.0.201407021311 in TP

Since the 'Node.js install' is fixed in Tern.java we need to remove the
workaround regarding the Node.js embedded install set up
- https://github.com/angelozerr/tern.java/pull/80 - An embedded install of Node.js should
be used by default
