In summary:
NO-AUTH: OK
BASIC: Works, but it throw credentials dialog no matter if built credentials page is
enabled or not
FORM (SOA 5.0.0. ER6 default auth type) : deployment doesn't work for me
Overall it doesn't work for some auth types. So if we require FORM auth being
supported, this bug should stay open.
