All data in existing tables will be lost. Are you sure you want to run SchemaExport on ''some hibernate configuration''?" Current dialog is a question dialog (see screenshot) with OK/Cancel - should be warning dialog with Yes/No buttons take a look here for other user opinion http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/hibernate/browse/HBX-1035
