to be clear - at some point we were just adding features into one big root feature making
updates/installs which if there are too limiting constraints could be problematic as I
recall it. So just writing this to remember looking over that.

I'm assuming that this should be done like we do w/ the TestNG and BPEL stuff --
simply inject it into the installer:
