I cannot reproduce this.
It creates the action or form and touch the descriptor and then restart the app (rmember
by default the wait is 5 seconds so if you look at the page to early it might fail) After
the restart is done it works fine for me.

FAILURE: JBoss Seam Debug Page appears...
After "Clean" Server command all works fine.
Server console log part attached(part from clicking "form" button).
Same for Seam Action.
