for testing purposes - I assume you have an OSE to test with - you would just need to talk
the admin into uploading/including your quickstart.

OpenShift offers a comprehensive list of available cartridges and quickstarts In the
Web-UI:

JBoss Tools/JBDS should offer the same to provide a smoother experience for newbie users.
