Resolution: Rejected
This is impossible. A seam project is either an Ear Project or a War project. If it's
an ear, it already includes jst.ear facet. If it is a war it already includes jst.web
facet.
Both ways, it is a conflict. A project cannot have two "module" facets at the
same time.
Utility Module facet should be available for Seam project
