currently the runtime wizard sets the ID to the same value as the NAME. This is so that
you can possibly copy server / runtime files from one installation of eclipse to another.
The problem here is that renaming the runtime also changes the ID, leaving the server with
a stale reference (and thus unable to locate its runtime).
