Resolution: Done
Applied attached patch to trunk. ServerPage now saves state of auto-connect checkbox in
the ServerWizard IDialogSettings so that its value can be restored when the wizard is
launched again.
Auto-connect on 'Finish' doesn't save state in 'Edit
