Rob Stryker commented on JBIDE-11736:
-------------------------------------
In the past I've removed the node, but other users complained that, after removing one
jar, they wanted to create another. Once they removed the last jar, the node disappeared,
and they found no way to create a new jar. They were forced to go open the project
archives view.
For this reason, the node will stay. To remove the node entirely, you can delete the
.packages file. Would an 'unregister project' action be acceptable, to help make
this more convenient?
"Project Archives" explorer is still visible in project
explorer

Key: JBIDE-11736
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-11736
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: Archives
Affects Versions: 3.3.0.Beta3
Reporter: Jaroslav Jankovič
Assignee: Rob Stryker
Fix For: 3.3.0.CR1
After I create jar archive of project and place it in project location, there is new
"Project Archives" explorer in Project Explorer. After I delete all archives in
this explorer, explorer is still visible under project. I think there is no need to
"Project Archives" be still visible, if there are no archives in project. It
should be visible only if there is at least one archive located under specific project.
