first is happening in onWizardContextChange(), second in selectionChange() both call
ArchetypeExamplesWizardPage.initializeArchetype() which in turn calls Properties
ArchetypeExamplesWizardPage.getRequiredProperties(Archetype archetype, final String
archetypeRepositoryUrl).
