Probably the patch should help.
But the editor wasn't openned for newEntity.xhtml file after a create new entity
operation was completed in my environment after I applied the patch. (The editor must be
opened automatically after an entity is created). No exceptions have occured.

EXECUTE: Create new Entity (name: NewEntity for examlpe)
EXECUTE: Open newEntity.xhtml

EXECUTE: Close file .
EXECUTE: Select "No" on Save Resource wizard.
EXECUTE: Open newEntity.xhtml.
FAILURE: <s:button></s:button> is present in newEntity.xhtml.
