For now later IMO.
I'm wondering if it would suffice to be able to allow using xml templates/snippets
here ?
I fear it won't be enough because adding a single action are rarly enough, need
service and others parts too.

We would like to be able to have a supported way to extend the standard ESB Plugin to
allow custom actions to have their own set of action dialogs and provide a link to them
using Actions->New context menu. Today, all you have is New->Custom which provides
only a generic Dialog.
