If the user had started JBoss Tools for OpenShift into a blank user account (with no
domain nor applications), the user could not import applications that he had created
outside Eclipse (in the WebUI or rhc command line tooling). The Eclipse tooling simply
failed to refresh the user account and discover the new applications.
