I'll be pushing a fix in Docker Tooling to resolve the freeze. It resolved the issue
for me (Linux and OSX) and will be here :

have it reviewed). You can try using your JBDS installation, and just update the
"Docker Tooling" feature from that update site. Then try to see if you can
reproduce.

When you set up cdk and start it for the first time, docker connection is properly set up
and functioning. But when you restart cdk in the servers view, docker connection will no
longer work.
This is caused by a bug in vagrant-service-manager 0.0.4:
