There is an information i on the first assign: Copy rule not checked - from-spec type-of "unspecified", to-spec type-of "<xsd:complexType "SecurityHeaderType">". This may be due to the variable initializers that the BPEL Editor generates when doing the first assign. I will attach project to this JIRA.
