This is an issue that arises with the frequency of the clock, but it is in fact a runtime
issue. If you compare the layout of SOA-P 5.0.x and SOA-P 5.1, you'll see that in
'$SOA_HOME/jbpm-jpdl' the folder 'src' has disappeared. For the tools to
work correctly, the runtime needs the file 'version.info.xml' which resides in the
'src/resouces/gpd' subfolder of '$SOA_HOME/jbpm-jpdl'. Probably this
folder got lost in the productization process.
