I just found out this issue only happens when the openshift explorer is opened and
selected right after start. Any manipulation with it will rectify the problem.
And yes, I have tested Neon on fc22 -> could not reproduce this there.

This is what the explorer looks like when I start up the tooling with GTK3:

Expanding the connection will shift the text to its proper position.
