Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
I've tried a bunch of different ways to replicate, not able. sorry :( I've asked
for some others to try toverify it and nobody's been able. leaving it for QA to verify
now.
Run On Server dialog - Add and Remove - Remove is disabled always -
no chance to remove 1 resource
