Ondrej told me he can't reproduce the bug - when he cancels the warning dialog when
you run Setup CDK, it will properly cancel the action for him. As I said, what happened to
me was that the server adapter was changed to Started. But... I can't reproduce it now
:( So I will resolve this again, but my other questions still stand and I hope to hear
from [~rob.stryker] :)

JBIDE-25753 added support for downloading cdk directly from the IDE. So that moves us
closer for the user to be able to avoid CLI at all. But there is still one piece missing -
running minishift cdk-setup after you download the binary - without that you still
won't be able to run cdk.
