I think I wasn't right about removing check box. I thought it is wizard for single
hbm.xml generation, but it is obviously not. It is not cover empty hbm.xml's
generations if several classes and packages generated.
Add possibility to create an empty hbm.xml file

1. Wizard title is missing on first step
2. Dialog Title should follow new wizard pattren and say "New Hibrenate XML Mapping
File"
