This particular issue is fixed in 3.1.0.M3 stream, it has Seam 2.2 version in a list. I
cannot replicate it on last build from trunk on both Seam 2.2.0.CR1/GA.
But there would be the same problem for 2.3.0.XX release for example. It should use 2.2.
and say versions are incompatible, but it says about error in current implementation.

As Drools 5 support is added to Seam 2.2 using Seam 2.1 is not an option.
Further releases of Seam should not reveal the same problem (e.g. if there was a Seam
2.3.0)
