1) Dialog parts were splitted by its functionality into separate tabs.
2) The height of the dialog was reduced to fit the screen resolution.

Page design options dialog doesn't show fully when we call it on displays with
1280x800 dimensions under gnome. It' very inconvenient. Looks like buttons Ok and
Cancel doesn't created for dialog.
