Release Notes Text:
In M5 the only way to create a server adapter for OpenShift Express was to launch the
single OpenShift wizard we had and to import an OpenShift application to the local
workspace.
In Beta1 the server adapter may now be created like any other Eclispe WTP server adapter:
In the WTP server adapter wizard.
