Why does this require a specifc project type to work ?
I can create .xhtml in any kind of project.
It would be useful to have templates for xhtml files.

It would be useful to have templates for xhtml files.
Steps:
1. EXECUTE: Open Web Project View
2. EXECUTE: Right-click on WebContent folder and choose New > File > XHTML...
3. ASSERT: New File XHTML wizard appears
4. EXECUTE: Specify file name and try to choose template for it from Template list
5. FAILURE: User can't choose any template as Studio doesn't provide any for
xhtml files
