Because we'll need to cut new versions of these for each milestone, if you provide
them as .xcf I can quickly update the text in the images. .psds don't open as well in
GIMP, unfortunately (layers are squashed).

With the first milestone release of JBDS 3.0, we'll need new graphics to replace the
splash and logo images we have for 2.0.
This should also include switching to the new "JBoss by Red Hat" logo [1].

I took a crack at redoing the splash image, but I can't figure out how to replace the
watermarked "2" with a 3 and do so cleanly. (My GIMP fu is limited.)
