Well it is completely ok to deploy just the war project independent of an ear project (but
yes - very seldom so maybe we could detect and warn again it)
In any case having a completely different name for the exact same thing (Register Web
Context in Server vs. "Run as..." and "Debug as...") makes me think we
should remove this old menu item and provide the standard functionallity instead.

1. Create Seam ear project.
2. Go to web projects view.
3. Right click on ear project - select register on server
In server view is shown, that registered not all ear project, but only JSF part.
Maybe needed to disable this option for Seam ear project, or make it work properly.
