John, you just removed the Teiid category and Teiid connection profiles are part of
"org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.db.category" category, right?
But are you sure this is a right solution. Probably we just need to use my patch?

Unable to select Teiid connection profile from combobox in seam project wizard.
Note: if you open Database Development perspective and look at the Database Connections,
you can see that all the Teiid Connections are separated from the others. These are in
special group/folder named Teiid Connections. In the beta1 build it was not the case and
all it worked fine. So may be the problem is somewhere there.
