Feature is implemented by button 'Restore Defaults' under properties view in
palette editor. It will restore defaults for the object selected in the tree view and for
its children. If selected object is created by customer, the button will be disabled.
Child objects added by customer will not be removed, feature will only restore data for
objects defined in the default palette.
Add "restore default palette" feature to Palette.

1. Let user to restore default pallete.
2. When user updates JBoss Tools we should update Palette too but only in case if user
didn't change Palette.
Now we don't update Palette even if user didn't change anything.
