actually seam-gen should be moved to non-maintained.
But before we do that fixing this would be good or at least I would like to understand why
it fails since the seam-gen plugin depends on ui.run does it not ? why is its menu
locations not available when seamgen loads ?

Attached are some messages that I get when starting Ganymede.
The Run>Seam Gen... actions aren't displayed.
I have fixed the issue by copying the definition of the org.eclipse.ui.run menu from the
org.eclipse.debug.ui plugin to the org.jboss.ide.seam.gen plugin.
