Select a WSDL file and right-click, choosing Web Services -> Test in JBoss Web Service Tester. This will open the WS Tester if it was not already open and make it visible if it wasn't already. The URL field will be pre-populated. You can then click the "Get from WSDL" button to the right of the drop-down in the toolbar to select which operation you wish to test.
