There are no platform restrictions in XUlRunner Feature, in case of target platform is not
supported only xpcom plug-in is going to be installed. It means there should be no
ClassNotFound exceptions. All other exceptions should be handled in a way different from
what we have now. I'm going to open new issue for that.

It should be possible for users of platforms where xulrunner is not available to install
jboss tools.
Today it forcefully requires a native xulrunner component - that should be optional (but
installed if it is there).
This is to make users of i.e. windows 64bit and osx 64 bit use all the other features
with the better/faster 64bit vms.
