EXECUTE: Create new Struts project.
EXECUTE: Open struts-config.xml, select Tree view.
EXECUTE: Select global-forward, right click, New >Create Global forward.
EXECUTE: Enter path, press Change button.
FAILURE: Change Button don't work.
