It seems to depend how you actually pick Seam vs. the Portlet Functionality. So, I have a
hard time reproducing the bug.

JBDS 3.0 will not allow the Seam 2.2 which is included with EPP 5 to be used for the
facet. JBDS only allows Seam 2.0 for use with the facet.
