Actually, with the new server view, this is happening
also when clicking stop and the clicking start. While
it's starting, the status shows "Started"

Clicking "Restart" on a server does not update the state correctly.
While restarting, the state is set directly to "Started" rather than
waiting for the server to start with "Starting..." and showing
"Started"
once it's fully started up.
